This is another GOONY! Use the same basic paint pattern (Red & Black) of the original #1271 Renegade and it will look great!
Black body from about 1/2" to 3/4" above the fin leading edge, down to the bottom of the model, with black fins. Red from that line forward, including the nose cone. Black name decal, positioned in the red area, with a row of white stars along both sides of each fin tip. There is a white stripe outboard of these stars, running chord-wise, but not fully reaching either the leading edge or the trailing edge. |
