Exclamation Scientific scale for weighing parts

To quote Magnus Pyke (see below), "SCIENCE!"

I'm looking for an accurate (but affordable) scientific scale to weigh rocket parts, etc., in both grams and ounces (for accurate entries into Rocksim, etc.).

I came across the following listing from a Big Box Store website, and I'm wondering if it will do.
