Ye Olde Rocket Forum - View Single Post - Will trade a #1284 Space Shuttle builder's kit for an LTV Scout

As the thread title implies, pictured here is an Estes #1284 Space Shuttle kit. I obtained this as an opened, damaged, and incomplete kit. the main fuel tank and SRB tubes were crushed so I made new ones from my own stock of BT's. ALL parts are present and accounted for. That crucial bag of injection molded parts is unopened and complete. The vacu-formed parts sheet is complete.

The instruction sheet and the decal sheet were missing from the kit so I printed an instruction sheet from the Estes website. As for the decals, I found enough original and reproduction decals in my personal stash to make a complete set (plus extras.)

The cost for this builder's kit is ONE stinking Estes LTV Scout kit. If there's no interest in a trade in a reasonable amount of time then I'll put a reasonable price on it. If there's still no interest in a reasonable amount of time then it will go to ebay.

Rest assured, I don't sell junk and I never ship a rocket kit in a bag or an envelope.
