Great--she looks like Rick (then Ricky) Piester's Akela-1 in the "Boy's Life" (or is it "Boys' Life"? - Pedro their mail burro would know) article back in 1972 or 1973! Also, Sandman has exact duplicates of the Akela-1 decals (and a version that reads "Viking" instead, if memory serves). |
