Lightbulb New Design: Allegis II 18mm

Here is the "extended version" of the Allegis with an 18mm motor mount called the
Allegis II. I did my best to simulate the Semroc BC-734 which is used on this
design. All other parts are Semroc parts as usual.

For a while now I have noticed that by adding fins forward of the CG it really
brings the Margin down in Rocksim. I just hope this is an accurate calculation as I
would like to use forward fins more often in design but tend to avoid them for
reasons above.
