What I can say is if it is any sort of hybrid, tribrid, liquid, or other weird format propellant, I'm NOT interested.
Hassle level too high.

If it is a composite solid propellant, I probably would be interested.

I personally do NOT care if motors are "certified" or not by NAR or Tripoli as long as they are LEGAL to use. We have Legal fireworks in Michigan that contain up to 500g of BP.
Seems it would be much easier to just call them fireworks.
