Yeah, *I* was wincing at those deployment speeds, as well. Maybe that's why I kept adding nose weight (in an attempt to slow things down?).

The challenge was maintaining the rocket's overall shape while making the recovery system practical. Remember this "motor tube all the way through" setup from some of our e-mails last year? Or was that earlier this year?
