Default Help identifying this Saturn 1B

A friend's co-worker was asking him some questions about an old Saturn 1B and he forwarded these pictures to me for comment. I looked at them and had no clue, so I went looking for original instructions, but this is not the old Estes 1B and I've had no luck identifying it further.

The original question centered around the motor mount, specifically how is it supposed to work. From the pictures, I didn't see anything obvious and I am assuming there are 1 or more pieces missing.

If any of you could help identify who/which Saturn 1B this is, I'll go searching for instructions again. Even better, if you happen to have instructions or picture that would help understand this arrangement, I'd greatly appreciate it. The end goal is to get this rocket safely in the sky again. The owner says its from the 70's, but I can't say for sure.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sandy.
