Stability margins are a lot better now, but deployment velocities leave something to be desired.
13mm motors couldn't even get this thing off the ground, so I had to kick it up to 18mm, add 1.5" to the ST-8 tube, and an SE-14 screw eye. (Apparently that's my "secret weapon" when it comes to inducing [relative] stability.)
