Terry,
Bill and I discussed this before the release. We agreed that as far as we knew it never appeared in any of Harry’s books. And I don’t really know if it appeared in any of the magazine stories, but I’m way less familiar with those, because there are just so many. If you find out something different, that would be fascinating.
