Buzz,

Only noted one "Oh, no, not again!" in the 2D image. Your margin of stability without the motor is less than 1.00 -- the image shows 0.89 -- and that's going to be a problem. You need to add the motor and re-balance.

Make the nose cone hollow, and shove the parachute as far forward as you can before adding extra ballast; that will help reduce the amount of lead weight you'll need to add. I'm guessing you'll need several ounces of sinker-shot, since the Fat Boy is such a short-coupled model. (Speaking as one Fat Boy to another... )

Still looks like a fun challenge, though!
