This was something that jumped out at me as I watched. The "fast boats" were at the Dragon in moments after splashdown, and the capsule was on board the recovery ship and the hatch open in ~40 minutes from splashdown. That last phase seemed to go better than the one from Demo-2 where they spent some time clearing RCS fuel vapors or something before opening the hatch. This time it was hoist aboard, pull to debarkation platform, open hatch almost as fast as it was physically possible. Amazing stuff, really.

Some of th IR imaging as the Dragon was descending was pretty amazing, too.
