Try limiting this one to just 13mm A3-4T motors, and I think you'll find it has more than enough performance. I just simmed it to 414', with a Dv of 4.2 FPS. That's fully 100' better than the Quest A6 gets.
The 1/2A3-2T gets you to 144', with a Dv of 24 FPS. High, but still acceptable.
Also, try using a 10" parachute to recover with. With the reduced motor weight, you can afford to reduce the nose weight a little. A 10" will fit inside that BT-20 a little looser than the full 12".
This fin pattern might be another that could benefit from some of Carl's laser-cut paper fins, using his centering ring material. With paper fins, the Dv on the A3-4T drops to 2 FPS.
With the 13mm motor, this qualifies for "Schoolyard Sounder" status...
