Carl, I can build one and give it a flight test (or two, or three, or however many you want) at my home field (which is pretty much always available, and which is about as good of a guarantee as you will ever get that there will be no industry spies - or even any other witnesses at all ). As long as you aren't looking for more than a few hundred feet of altitude (say, 600-800 feet max.) it should be no problem at all. I can put one together fast if I am not concerned about giving it a perfect paint job.
