I used to be Hot & Spicy for all food, but now decidedly "Medium"; mild isn't enough, but can't handle hot anymore.
My younger brother likes things "Branding Iron" hot and grows Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, and Thai Hot Chiles. ONE Carolina Reaper in a GALLON of Salsa is enough.
