Yes, it is a one-piece blow-molded cone. I'm not as super-familiar with the ins and outs of Estes cones as I am Centuri, so I can't really add any additional info. But, as can be seen on the first page of the instructions, it is called out as a PNC-20N. And the tube is Estes BT-20 stock...it is NOT the Centuri ST-7 material.
