I finally got all that wrinkled chrome paint off the nozzles and applied a new basecoat.
A noseblock was made from 3/4" plywood and installed under the capsule. A 1/4" bolt holds 2 oz. of washers to the underside. I am now satisfied with the balance, having found a spent 29mm motor case to use in recalibration. A coat of white was applied to the top. I now have to make the decals and install the shock cord. I am glad to be nearing the finish line and look forward to the first flight.
