Piloting a Space Shuttle (delta) wing style glider is easy.
Look at it a "guided" free flight. You just mildly work the controls to keep it pointed in the direction you want, then "flare" the landing.

Then again, I have flown R/C since 1978 from gliders to pattern (precision aerobatics), to pylon racers, to Jets.
