Frankly, we are attempting to attract KIDS to NAR Competition . . . So, having to shell out $200 - $300 for 5 or 6 pre-built, competition models that are likely to be lost on their first flight, is a "non-starter", for the most part !

The idea was not to open it up for commercial RTF though that would be legal but to allow borrowing or a gift from a mentor.
