OK! As mentioned earlier, Jeff (Faithwalker) measured his genuine ID-100 blast deflector and I have been working to get the dimensions come out right in SolidWorks...
Here is the resulting dimensional drawing and a full scale flat pattern. Note I titled this with "actual" in contrast to my earlier "estimated" deflector.
Jeff supplied dimensions for the wooden clip support block, clip attachment terminals, and overall dimensions of the clip wires. The pdf file includes the support block dimensions...I just posted pics of the other goodies.
