Good luck! The 5 second delay version was a really useful engine.

Yeah, that seller listed a handful of very late 60s-1970 Estes motors last night. A couple tubes of D13 motors as well, but one is not a full tube. Earl |

Ohhh, tempting! I have both Estes and Centuri B14-0 engines, but no uppers. Being a bid, those could get pricey. Last year I launched a 1969 Estes B14-0, staged to a 1993 B6-6. It was a lightweight rocket, so at staging altitude it would not have been a very noticable difference. |
[thread drift] I flew one of my Nova Payloaders on one of the new Q-Jet C18s the other day. The nearest I've had to a genuine B14 experience in a lonnnnnnnnggggg time. [/thread drift]

No violation. It meets one of the criteria required to stay on topic. You referred to the original subject item — B14s. :p |
Those B14-7s are the real-deal old-school drilled core big-nozzle boost-kikkers.
Good luck to whoever bids on em. They are already too high $$$. I like using either a 1/2A6-0 or an A8-0 booster to a B14-7. Slow liftoff then super-streak upper stage. |

That does sound like a fun combination. |
