The WOOSH Booth would not be complete without A Rocket By Rex.
Will you be at Bong Sun. 9/17? If not. Send private message to arrange pickup.
Set up and unload is Friday 9/23 afternoon at State Fair Park.
I need the rocket by that time/place.
OK Bring it on, Rex!

Interceptor E

With all of those great rockets, I can understand it's a difficult choice but time's passing.
Get it down to 2 or 3 of the best of the best. We're looking for variety, not size. It's easy.
Let me know you're interested and you're in.
WOOSH members lend me your ear
and a rocket or two

Bring It On!

I have participated in all but one of the HUVARS/JMRC (Jackson Model Rocket Club) Make it/fly it/take it and I have to tell you it is a HOOT! The people at Henry Ford Museum let us launch on the front lawn of the museum. (Normally, you can't even walk on the grass!)

To paraphrase Gus on the last launch on Sunday afternoon, "After launching 200 of the same rocket on the same motor, this launch is as much fun as the first"

Henry Ford was know for being an innovator, but we have proof that he was also a model rocketeer!

How are things going as far as rockets for display? I certainly could bring some. I plan to be there Saturday for sure, not sure about Sunday yet, possibly.

We have a good collection of various sizes and styles . The space is only 10 ft. X 10 ft. So it is not hard to fill with larger rockets. Additional smaller rockets are still a possibility. But it is not clear at this point whether you'll be allowed to bring a rocket into the State Fair Expo Center as an exhibitor after the exhibit is open. Load in and set up is Friday 12:00 noon. If you want to participate in the display you should get a rocket to me by then.

In that case I'll have to pass on bringing a rocket. I work in Menomonee Falls but I carpool so I'd have to come all the way back down to Milwaukee from Slinger after work. I'll definitely be there though.
