Has anyone built this?

It looks interesting.

Gordon Agnello made a neat version using the Fliskits Deuce's Wild as the booster:

I saw it at NARAM 45, where it went on a wild flight (thrust vectoring) and flew through a tree!!

Phred, can you define "through a tree" more clearly? Which part of the "tree"? ;) :D

Well, to be more precise: The liftoff was beautiful... then at about 50 feet, the model made a 90 degree left turn at Albequerque, and exited through the leafy branches of a tree! Oh yeah... the tree must have liked the fins, because it kept them!!

Don't you mean.......it RECYCLED THEM! (burp  )
R.E.T.'s gotta eat, too. (Man, did a lot of them get fed at NARAM!)

Why my model found the only tree on the field was a real accomplishment!

The model came through the tree just fine, totally unharmed but...the fins didn't make it through.

It flew twice before just fine.

It even flew the year before at NARAM, flawlessly.
