Is the C5-3 certified again ?

As most know, the C5-3 is in the 2020 Estes catalog.

That being said, are old stock (Non X date code) C5-3's ok to use again in NAR sanctioned launches now ?

Not until it appears on the certification list again.

I like to keep up with what is/is not ok at sanctioned events.

If I choose to fly in public parks, I don't wanna break any rules that may be detrimental to others in the hobby.

Nah, just cleaning it up a bit.
I don't wanna ruin anything for someone else.

GH,

Do you ever fly with organized groups? We don't live that far apart and I bet we'd have a fun day flying together.

Steve-
I have not since High School back in the 80's, but may join JMRC this year to do just that.

Would be interested in something more informal as well.
