Thanks to fellow Rocket Modeler, Barone, on this forum, I have obtained the Estes #2445 Mini Max kit 9.75 inches long version with Balsa Nose Cone that I was seeking, plus, I was also able to pick up an extra added bonus from him, a very nicely built Roachwerks 1/12th scale 4x24mm Nike Hercules this past Saturday at the Mid-South Rocket Society Launch at Shelby Farms in Memphis, TN!
