Rocket Intimation

With a new year comes some new projects. I have two rocket projects in mind I want to build. These two kits are both Fliskits. The Borealis and the Decim8. These two kits have always looked intimating to build and paint out of all the kits I have built over the years.

I was wondering what kits some of you find intimating to build?

Any build tip for me on the two kits above?

Dr Zooch Saturn 1B, Soyuz, and especially the Applo-Soyuz Soyuz, which is even smaller than the standard Soyuz. These have card stock tanks to roll and I have no experience doing that.

I do some paper models. You might read through and watch the videos in this thread for some help.
