Vacationing at Secrets Playa Mujeres again
 

I'm vacationing with my better half Joanna at Secrets Playa Mujeres again for 10 nights/11 days.
We upgraded to the second best room they have, Master Suite Swim-out Private Pool, Oceanside, right on the beach. Suite is over 2000sq ft and amazing.
The only bigger room is the Presidential Suite right next door.
We have poolside/room waiter service for the full bar.
Pure Paradise. :D

It looks like you are roughing it to the extreme. Try to take it easy some and relax, if you can! ;)

Yep, this Preferred Club VIP treatment is rough.
Time for a Prime Steak late-nite snack with all the trimmings, then back in the pool.
It's rough, but somebody has to do it.
The 12+ yr old scotches aren't bad either.
We try to go twice a year, but doesn't always happen.
Resort is limited to 50% capacity right now.
It was 25% when we went back in September.
Flight was 100% full, even up in first class which surprised me.

Another brutal day in Paradise.

Do they make you wear the face diaper there?

They have signs requiring masks for entry, but as soon as seated you can remove them. Temp checks entering every restaurant, hand sanitizer at every table. We are staying mostly at our suite/private pool ordering drinks & food delivered.
Room #1 !
Here through the next weekend.
Actually it is room 1001. We'll be back again soon. Pricey, but well worth it.
There are only 15 suites here that get waitstaff drink service. Thankfully ours is one of them.
Royal treatment, we both love it.
Anybody that can't have a pleasurable experience here is hopeless.

For the room we are in preferred club master suite VIP oceanside, private pool, swim-out patio (2nd only to presidential suite) 9 nights, first class flight, limosuine to/from CUN airport, all inclusive but gratuities, $7495

You could do it for about $2000/person if you have a basic room, non private pool, no oceanside, with private van transportation, coach flight.
