CMR ELO Plans and Fin Templates

Thanks to Sean Lannan (SEL) we now have the newer CMR ELO plans (18mm/24mm) available along with the fin templates which are the same for the newer version and the old version (18mm/21mm).

I just saw ELO and thought Neat!, plans of the Spaceship on the cover of the "Out of the Blue" album.
