Mega Mosquito Decal

So it appears that I've missed out on the Mega Mosquito. Can anybody provide a high resolution scan of the decal?

JimZ seems to have plans minus the decal. It would be nice to get a scan of the inner fin showing the inner support structure if possible as well.

If anybody has too many and is willing to let one go for a reasonable price, I'm also interested in that route.

It does appear to be an easy clone though.

TIA,
Stan

Rather than cloning it yourself check out Madcow’s clone the Mozzie - you’ll still need a decal but you do get a nylon chute and a nomex chute protector.

It would be a pretty easy clone....though I really like John Boren's laminated balsa fins - strong and light. My spreadsheet says I have two of 'em. I can't imagine I'll ever build them both (as I have one ready to fly now as well, and I don't take it out too often). So, if you're interested I expect we can come up with a way to get one from here to you.

I have the decal that I didn't use and have no plans to use. I'll look for it after work and send it to you when I find it.

Here's a scan of the decal for the Estes Mega Mosquito which Bill Eichelberger (A Fish Named Wallyum) donated to Stan Huyge (shuyge) who then scanned it for all to share. Thanks guys!

You can give it the old school look.

Edit: I probably shouldn't have posted this -
The decals are available to my Patreon blog subscribers.
Up until last year I sent them out to anybody that asked, but the requests got out of hand.
I wanted to give more value to the paid subscribers.

Chris,

Do you have a scan of that decal you can upload?

These are available from Tango Papa. He sells them 8 to a sheet. That is a multiple lifetime supply for most. I think I have three left.

The look great on white or yellow. Cannot really see them on red.

Lee,

I may have spoken to you on Saturday. Didn't realize that was your non-Bandit we were discussing at the S.C.O.R.E launch. We'll have to chat one of these days.

Stan
