Man, I'll say it's "Super Secret". This is the first I've heard of it. What gives? :confused:

While looking for the Semroc Super Secret Contest I did find "KV-11JTP Hustler Model Rocket Kit Just The Parts". Can you add that to my order #SA-3055 to ship with my Mars Lander if it hasn't shipped yet?

Contest? You're right, it is super secret! This is the first I've heard of it. I guess the clue is in the above sentence.

Well, I found two Marvin the Martian's aiming their space blasters at the Mars Lander in the large JPEG accessed by clicking on the ML image on the ML product page! Are these the secret?

Large jpg? That thing is HUGE! Good find though. We'll have to wait to see if that's the secret. Carl's as bad as the rest of us and is on here multiple times a day. ;) My guess is it's a product buried somewhere.

Wow! Thanks Carl, I'm doing the happy dance now (and it's not pretty)! The funny thing is that I clicked on that image yesterday before I read your hint and the image is so big (intentionally I gather) that I scrolled down looking at it, but not left and right to see the Marvins on the sides. :rolleyes:

I am still at 7973 so I'll be looking forward receiving this nice kit.

Thanks, it is pure luck too! I kept watching the door prize drawing board at NARCON and never won a thing! Now Bill and I took off early on Sunday and I never checked the board then and later in the day when they redrew for unclaimed prizes so I don't know if I missed something there.

I wish I had read this sooner. I downloaded the image and made it my wallpaper last weekend when I ordered my Mars Lander. After reading the clue, I immediately thought about the Marvins.

BTW, I got my order today. The kits look great! Thanks Carl. :D

Yeah, it was mostly luck. I want to thank Carl and the great folks at Semroc for this. The kit arrived on Friday and it was great of them to send it so quick. Semroc is famous for light speed delivery and this time was no different! Kudos Carl!

I had picked up a new Mars Lander kit at NARCON and I can sat that the only thing better than a new Mars Lander kit is two new Mars Lander kits!

Oh, I.C. It was a NARCON thing.

I downloaded that "photo" back on Feb 21 and was going to mention the Marvins to Kaplow over on RMR, but I don't think I ever did.

As far as I know it wasn't a NARCON thing, just a Super Secret Contest that Carl ran just waiting for someone to find the Marvins. You found them before me, but I guess he was waiting for someone to mention them. I didn't go back and look at that picture further until he dropped a clue that there was a contest at all.

Right again, Scott. The thread that triggered the contest was this one. (http://forums.rocketshoppe.com/showthread.php?t=681) I wanted to see how close our fans were really looking at our pages. We will be trying this again!
Heh, even that link doesn't say anything about a contest. What I had noticed awhile back though was the "Contest Winner" listed for the Mars Lander on the Reserve List. I just assumed I missed a contest. Next time I'll know to ask questions when I see something out of the ordinary to get a jump on everyone else. :D
