Default NC 80 4x18 MMT

Playing with this idea. First time trying this. Not perfect, but its a trial run and I can make it work. The "rocket" in pic is just a BT and NC I used to show the MMT

Very cool odd-roc design! I'd be interested to hear how it flies.

one thing I wonder about this design......will having the motors under the fins mess up the stability factoid? I havent made the fins yet.

That would be a question better answered by some of our design experts, like Craig McGraw.

I dont do the sim, open rocket stuff. Not that I have anything against it, it would be helpfull for sure. Just not at this time. Im a swinger. It has worked for me so far on the ones small enough to swing. I have built some wild designs and all have flown, so far so good. YES, someday I do want to get into the computer programs for designing rockets. I see myself getting into bigger rockets in the future and a good program would be very helpful. Im glad you like it. I came up with this idea cuz I wanted a canted mmt rocket with a boattail with the motors coming out the tail. At this point Im not going to get fussy with details on the build. I just want to get a body and NC together ,swing balance it and light it off. If it works Ill build a better one.
