All,
I had a mishap with my mid power Interrogator from Sirius Rocketry. I emailed Dave Miller describing what happened and asked about ordering a new set of decals, fins, and template patterns. He emailed me back with possible reasons for what went wrong. He surprised me by sending the decals, balsa, and templates at no charge!. The bigger surprise was that it arrived the next day even when it didn't have to. I really appreciate this level of customer support that goes beyond the initial sale. Yes support your Vendors. John |

I have hat great results shopping with AC supply for new kits and Semroc for old. I have purchased directly from Estes on occasion and they were just fine as well.

On a recent order there were some errors made, and for some reason Randy Boadway's initial email in response to mine didn't get to me, but he responded quickly to my second email. He sent replacements for the problematic items promptly. If I'd been working against a deadline on a build I'd've been stuck, but as it was things worked out fine.

No. He sent out replacements in about a week, which was not unreasonable given that some laser cutting patterns had to be reviewed and tweaked and new parts cut. I can imagine faster service but it was not unduly slow, especially given he was in the midst of restarting Semroc and relocating the business.
