Default Estes 0716 X-15 rear closure

Alrighty,

Here's a serious long shot: Anybody have an extra rear closure for the original (small) Estes plastic X-15 (#0716)?

I don't know about paying top dollar, but we can work something out.

Sorry Mark; I'm in the SAME situation. Mine is missing that piece as well.

If you have the old Firing Line X-15, the retainer from the Jinx should work. The Jinx is the old Vampire with a new color scheme. Worth a shot.

Seems like an item that could be built up out of a piece of tubing, a centering ring and maybe some little pieces of wood for the nubs that screw it in place. Alternatively, it would be a great item for a 3d printing vendor to offer.
