Default Estes Big Foot and Estes Mini-Pad

Does anybody know what years these Estes products were produced? Can't find them in my catalogs and couldn't even find the Mini-Pad using Google.

The Big Foot came out with the Star Wars models back in '78 I believe.

The other one was in the 76 catalog I believe, but not certain.

Your picture of the Mini-Pad is the second version.

The original release of the launch pad was with the Vampire Firing Line Starter Set circa 1972-73. This version had a different launch controller (no continuity light).

And was last seen in the 85 catalog. It was included in my first launch set with the 1906 Sizzler.

Then there was the short-lived Estes Maxi-Pad, which achieved stability thanks to its unique adhesive strip.

Big Foot came out as a direct result of needing a bigger more stable pad for the Maxi-Brutes.

Ditto for the Mini-Pad..........looks like it's complete except for the two short legs and the launch rod (I have the blast plate).
