Well our nation bank, the Federal Reserve is now lending dollars to foreign and domestic banks at a whopping ZERO percent interest rate!

3 yearts ago, if I said the Reserve would be lending dollars at ZERO, you would have thought World War III had broken out!

Yah and give the banks Billions to get them loaning money (which they still aren't to a big degree) and they sit on it so folks can't buy cars and factorys fold and it makes unemployment but the JP Morgan guy is crying he wants a 10 Mil X-Mas bonus as "He kept it from being worse then what it is.
