I picked up an oddball bunch of nose cones about a month ago via eBay. The one that I was most excited about was an RDC V-Max cone, which basically looks like a nose cone with a golf tee grafted onto it. http://www.oldrocketplans.com/pubs/...g_summer_69.pdf It looked BT-20ish, but the BT-20 is pretty big on it. I did find that I have two scraps that fit it perfectly, but neither is large enough to bring it to the 15" length of the finished rocket, even spliced together. We were supposed to have a launch on Saturday, but the soccer douches have apparently killed it. The plan was to leave early and stop at eRockets, then have Eric or Randy see if they can find what tube I have scraps of and pick up a length of it. I also have four or five other cones from the stash that need tube matching, but the V-Max is the bird I'd most like to finish at the moment.

Depending on weight concerns you can also wrap paper or self-adhesive label paper (full sheet if necessary) around tubes to increase the diameter. Even body tubes can be sliced and applied over other body tubes. Weight is not your friend though so pick a method of the many recommended on this topic.
