We used to have a store on amazon, but closed it down because of poor sales. They also have a fixed shipping system that doesnt always work well.

This last Christmas my boss gave everybody a $25 Amazon gift card.

I used mine as partial payment for a Madcow Mozzie from Apogee Compnents.

I sent Tim a note about the purchase because it was one of those cases where I wouldn't normally have bought a Madcow product from him, I would have bought from Madcow direct. And I normally wouldn't buy from Apogee through Amazon, I'd just buy from Apogee direct. But this was a case where Amazon, Apogee, and Madcow all benefited from the arrangement since the only reason I bought the rocket at all was that I had the gift certificate.

Ok an example.

When someone purchases from your store you as the seller get a "shipping credit"

The problem is its based on "weight" .We get almost $8.00 in shipping for any Custom kit. But around $5.50 for an Apogee kit.

Whomever figured out the ship/weight class of a lot of the rockets on amazon is IMHO on prescription medication

I figured there was a problem with the shipping, but I wasn't aware of what you described. Enlightening. It was just the way you said it -- something that was fixed but not working right...
