Default D11-P Motors

NEW Stock on Estes D11-P Engines

Hangar 11 is pleased to announce that Estes has stepped up and met a special request for D11-P engines.

How dd it happen. Simple, the distribution channels were OUT of plugged engines and my customers wanted them. I called Estes Direct and placed a large order and Estes responded. They arrived last week.

Most are gone already, I have about 30 packs left in stock.

please visit hangar 11.com and order yours today.

Thanks

I think that it is interesting how Estes responded to the motor request.

Has anyone used these motors?

Greg

The weenies turned down the Hangar 11 request for production of B14's as well.
Seems their "BS" excuse of "Low Sales Volume" holds NO WATER here just as I expected.
If one could get a limited run of E9-P or D11-P seems one could get the B14 as well if "Low Sales Volume" was the REAL reason for no B14's.
Total crock of canine fecal matter EXCUSE.
We all know what excuses are like right ?
Everybody's got one and they ALL STINK !

I'm sure the real reason is some L-A-M-E-O LAME-O mamby-pamby production safety crock o' crapola. Amazing something can be produced with MANUAL drilling in the 60's thru early 80's but cannot in a safer manner in 2010+.

I can think of at least one manufacturer I won't reveal that would NOT let that stand in their way....

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, and HAVOC !

Just saw an episode of Mythbusters where they tried to launch a person (actually Buster the Crash Test Dummy) using what they termed "skyrockets". They were actually using Estes E engines. (but thankfully covered them up so it was not obvious) They used 400 of them for one single filming shot, and probably more for testing that we didn't see.

Remember kids, don't try this at home!

I saw it also. They got ALL 400 to light at once
.Pretty cool way they did that.Slotted the end of the motors and poured BP over them and then taped over that. Had the igniter light the BP and SWOOOOOSHHHHHHHH! It flew and may have worked better if Busters legs were tied down. Yup I saw it. Scotty Dog
