As far as I can tell, I can't download and attach a copy other than just parts of it (the spreadsheet part), so I made copies, made a couple of changes to protect the innocent, and then made them available on the public templates on Google Docs.

They are listed in "forms" under the misc. category. But the quickest way would just be to use the search function at the templates main page..."Rocket Launch Log" and both should show up. If I'm keeping track right, 1 is the one that you select a rocket and it will then jump to a page with a motor list specific to that rocket. 2 is the one that just has the motor info listed with the rocket names and you choose from all motors (not a comprehensive list, but quite a few). In doing the copying, there may be some columns in the spreadsheet view that are residual and don't have anything in the form for them anymore. It'll become apparent which those are after you log several as they will be blank.

They usually open to the spreadsheet view which shows all of your logs. To edit the form, go to the "form" menu and click "edit form". To see how the form looks and test it out, click "Go to Live Form". In the edit form screen, you can send the form via email. For me, I got the URL, and then just open the form in my Droid's browser when I want to use it. I bookmarked it and it's really easy to get to.

I hope some find it useful. The templates only have a few rockets, as I'm sure everyone's fleet is different. But I put enough in there so that it should be easy to figure out what's going on to add to, and modify it as desired.

Could you post a direct link to these?

Indeed I do! Page 15 of the "Model Rocket Contest Guide" (see: http://www2.estesrockets.com/pdf/28...ntest_Guide.pdf ) has an expanded version of it.

Probably should say it appears you have to have a Google account set up, I have one that I set up for my Droid. It's free.

The main template page is
https://docs.google.com/templates?hl=en_US

The search results that show both is at
https://docs.google.com/templates?q...est&view=public

Looks like you have to be signed in, go to Google Docs, and then on the left of your main docs screen click "Create New\From Template". That'll get you to the main template page where you can search.

Thank you. It's hard enough to keep my other accounts straight, but I know there are many Google subscribers who would find it useful.
