Big Blinka
Here's a scratch build that's so far only in primer, but I'm going to fly it Saturday anyway. After all, it's not meant to be seen in daylight. "Big Blinka" is a night launch rocket.

I painted it. Black. Great color for a night flyer, right? Well, a lot of it's still white; there's a chance of seeing it even if the LEDs fail.

With all the batteries needed to light it up, what does it weigh?

The batteries are teensy. A total of 9 of these:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LR44_battery The LEDs probably don't outweigh them, but not by that much. Rocket weighs 4.1 oz without motor.
