This is not Terri Garr. It is Jill Haworth from the Outer Limits episode "The Sixth Finger".
To my knowledge, Terri was never in an OL episode, Star Trek yes, OL no. Look her up on IMDB. (International Movie Data Base) Read her book "Speedbumps"

Actually, that is Terri Garr. Whether it's a great photo shop or not is another issue but the woman in Bernard's link is, Terri Garr.

Glitch???
When I first opened up the link, it showed me the Outer Limits episode "The Sixth Finger".
Now it shows Teri Garr in the Zombies song video. Must have been a glitch thingy!

Elvis and the Beatles...
T.G. has been in several Elvis movies and she was there when the Beatles were recording St. Pepper in the studio. She has MS and I wonder how she is doing?
And yes, she was in Pajama Party
