Default New Estes V2 (#3228)

The V2 popped up for sale at estes.com the other day, and mine just showed up on my doorstep.
Kit looks nice, its the same as the #1904 kit, just nicer laser cut balsa.

Here are a few quick pictures....enjoy

It looks like they left off the Pinup.

Must get one of these to replace my old one that the motor tube seemed to shrink on. Flew once, no problems. Now I can't get an engine into the motor tube.

Excellent! I'm glad to see the 1:24 scale V2 has returned, but I wonder what the reason is for the stylized curvature on the inside plane of the fins.

I've added the decal to my web site

Does anyone want the" Pinup", "Operation Sandy" round and the" Operation Pushover"?

The decal set would include all three rounds.

If you offer them up in 1:24 scale, I'll order them, Gordie.

I already did!

The "Pinup" only round is in the Estes section matching the new Estes kit

The Pushover, Pinup, Operation Sandy set is in the scale section.

But...if you get the three round decal set you will have to buy 3 kits!
