Actually, for the nosecone, eRockets/Semroc has an exact match: BNC-55SH (SH -- Sandhawk, get it?).

As for the fins, sure, I could make two bass or ply fins but they'd not even be close to the same appearance. I'm more likely to actually use sheet plastic. I've used sheet plastic before to recreate 1/100 Saturn Ib fins. It's not easy but it can be done.

I'm still hoping someone will see this and say "Oh Yeah, I've got an old fin can missing two fins." and send me a PM.
