Default Oh. Happy. Day!

I drew a blank on a Mother's Day gift for my Mom this year, so I called and asked her if there was anything in particular she wanted or needed. (I usually do pretty well on my own, but this year....... ) She said that she'd like her garage cleaned out, so I headed down today to get started. There were several boxes of stuff that we had stored during the move that were still down there, so I went about packing them up. One of the boxes was from our dehumidifier which had been down there since 2003 when my Dad had his pre-NARAM 45 health problems. While he was in the hospital we had a monster rainstorm that backed up the drains in their basement window wells and flooded the family room. That's since been fixed, so I picked up the box to load it in the van. It was way too light to have been the humidifier, so I opened it up.
It was full of boxes of rockets and rocket parts, including my box of assorted nose cones
Three of the cones were the odd looking 80's cockpit cone that was used in the Manta Bomber. I started building one of these a long time ago, but now I'll get to finish it. (Hopefully before NSL.) I also found my Avenger booster, battle worn but still functional, and the BT-30 Estes Hornet that I started back in 2001.
My take on this? A reward for all of my clean living. Time to get back off that wagon.

Volare. I'd have felt bad if it was a VW.

Pics of this evenings progress.

Also included in todays find was a complete, in-box, Super Nova Payloader. I noticed that the bulk of the info on this bird is missing, so I'll scan it and send it to Scott.
You can all now resume your normal breathing. The Grail has been unearthed.
