Fsi Oso
So I finished the OSO, I plan on flying this at our March club launch. It came out pretty good, I used Semroc parts for most of it except for the basswood fins and my own decals.

Yeah, F100-8. I hope it isn't too late to send my list of OOP motors for the decertified launch

I hope you have a great flight on that F100-8.
Hopefully it wont be a F-kaboom-100-8. I had about a 25% cato rate with the F100, but that was much better than the OVER 50% cato rate I had with the E60 I quickly learned no NOT use those motors on rockets I cared about. Thankfully we now have AP composites.

When in doubt, WHACK the GAS and DITCH the brake !!! Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't ! Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY. ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC ! |

BTW I do have the OSO decal set.
For some reason my web site won't let me add any more pictures. I may be over my limit but then again they may be having problems. I also cannot contact my web site provider which is NOT a good sign.

BTW, check the scaling on your decal. The TIF file on oldrocketplans is mis-scaled by 1/2. The red triangles on the left of your decal should be approximately 3 1/16 inches high. Yours may be correct, I can't tell from the image you posted.
I'll send Scott a properly sized TIF file. |

Do you have a full backup of your site? You also should consider commercial hosting. It isn't that much money. |

Yes, bully indeed! That rocket design won't steer you wrong. Just don't try to milk it...

Hmm, I thought "oso" was Spanish for "bear"? "Bully" reminds me of the first time I ever saw bully sticks in a pet store. I didn't know what they were exactly, but *something* said "stay away". Kind of like the one time I saw rooster fries on a menu. "Uh, are these made from potatoes? No? What then?" |
