That looks like a link destined to fail. If it does, I found this over on ROL in the forums.

Anybody know anything about them?
Is this the long rumored Chinese company that attempted to get modroc motors certified many years ago and failed, or is this a new company with better quality control? Notice the mini (including A3-2 and B) and micro motors. And the midi D motor. -Fred Shecter NAR 20117 |

Chinese motors
This was sent to me by someone who wishes to remain anonymous.
--- So lets say you could legally import this rocket motors into the country from China. And lets say the Chinese are willing to sell them for $.50 a pack (1/3 of somebody's incorrect assessment of what WalMart pays). Minimum shipment would be a 20 foot container (half of a full container). That is a container that is 20'x10'x10'. That would hold 2000 master cartons of rocket engines, with each master carton holding 72 of the engine 3packs, for a total of 216,000 packs of engines. Total cost of goods = $108,000. Now add cost of shipping, shipping insurance and warehousing insurance, and warehousing the goods in the USA until you can sell them. Total investment probably $150,000 dollars (likely more than that). I don't think the tinkerers on all the Rocketry Forums would be able to absorb that quantity (by the way, we are not 20% of the market, good luck if we are 5%). WalMart, and the two major hobby distributors would be your biggest buyers. To sell engines to them, you will need to have Starter sets and kits too, and a catalog, and a sales staff, and a real business. And finally, the two major players in the business, Estes and Quest, manufacturer almost everything they make over in China, except for motors. Wonder why???
