Default What Ever Happened...

Had the cable guy come to the house yesterday. After checking our lines he was very interested in my rocket collection.

So, I was telling him how they are built and the general size range. When I was talking about the large rockets I remembered that 10,000 foot launch a couple of years ago. I think it was in Texas.

I was wondering if they ever caught the guy or even figured out where it came from?

Should be NOTHING to be caught for.
Hobby Rocketry as well as R/C Aircraft should be subject to exactly ZERO regulation unless attempting to use them in a weaponized nature.
The definition of 'weaponized' should be defined by the average COMMON CITIZEN, not some gubmint law-enFARCEment agency.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

I thought that was why they were looking into it. Since it was undocumented, it might have been terrorists figuring out how to use rocket kits.
