I hate the stuff over compatible decals. After you spray it over the decals and let it dry, you cut them out. Simple enough, eh? But when you soak the decal in water and it breaks free of its paper, little bits of dried Krylon get freed up also, and often find their nasty way UNDER the decals. I use the Testors Decal Bonder one would use when you print decals off an inkjet. I use it on all old and new decals. NEVER a problem so far for me .
