Revised Plan -- Loadmaster B
Here's a subtle alteration to a plan released a few weeks ago, called Loadmaster. I changed the nose cone from an elliptical BC-833 to the long ogive BC-853, and found some improved deployment numbers. The altitude suffers only very slightly.

All motors reach safe flight V in the length of a standard rod.
