I paid $80 plus shipping
This was just getting picky, but sanded the motor section cone to more match the original Trident. You can see the difference against the passenger section cone which was the same. Finished sanding the other 2 pod nose cones.
I cut about 2" off the motor tube. The top centering ring is positioned to make sure it clears the pod duct cutout (see the pencil lines)
Started gluing rings to the motor tube
Last problem - the passenger section should be 21.375" The supplied tube is 17.875", so it is about 3.5" short. I will probably have to live with it.
